Meet The Team
Founder, Head Coach
Icarus Switkes they/them
Icarus has been training since 2013. They have experience coaching at multiple gyms and teaching people of all ages how to do parkour. They also compete, and won the 2022 WCPKC Men's Skill Finals. They’re known for their wallruns, large cat leaps/arm jumps, and height drops.
Founder, General Manager
Jon Switkes he/him
Jon worked in the tech industry for the last 25 years, as an operations manager running a manufacturing organization. Jon was a competitive gymnast before Parkour existed. He is now an avid hiker and distance runner with four completed marathons.
